Five candidates worth calling, each with the proof.

Searches your database against the approved blueprint and returns five to ten candidates in tiers, each with the evidence behind every must-have. Ask for the next five, widen the radius or relax a nice-to-have.

Over a recruiter's shoulder: a handwritten short list and a yellow highlighter beside a laptop.

A search returns hundreds of names, and the first pass is a skim

Strong people get missed and weak ones get called, because nobody can read five hundred profiles against every must-have.

How it works

  1. 1

    Start from the approved blueprint

The search runs only on a blueprint you approved, and records which version it used.

  2. 2

    Search broadly, then check

A wide search of your database finds the likely people, and each one is checked against every must-have.

  3. 3

    Return five to ten

Candidates come back in tiers, never more than ten at a time. Anyone who fails a must-have stays out of the main list.

  4. 4

    Ask for more

Show the next five, widen the radius or relax a nice-to-have. People you've already seen, declined or added to the pipeline don't come back unless you ask.

What you control

What you approve

Adding a shortlisted candidate to the pipeline.

Add shortlisted candidate to pipeline
Needs approval by default. An admin can let it run on its own.

What’s recorded

The blueprint version, every candidate shown, and every decline with its reason.

Autonomy setting

Every requisition shows its mode: Co-Pilot, Hybrid or Custom. Co-Pilot, the default, sends nothing without your approval.
