Who we are
This website and the ANDY product are run by GrayWorks Technologies & Solutions LLC.
The demo request form
We collect your name, work email, company, team size and recruiting focus, plus a phone number and message if you add them. We use them only to arrange your demo and follow up on it, by email or by phone if you gave a number. We don’t send text messages, and we only send product news if you ticked the box for it.
Requests are stored in ANDY's own customer records. We don't sell them or share them with advertisers.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. The demo form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person sent it. Cookie details
Who processes it
Our hosting provider stores the requests, our email provider tells our team about each new one, and Cloudflare checks the form. The full list is on the trust page.
Candidate data in the product
Recruiting firms that use ANDY decide what candidate data goes into it and why. For that data we act on the firm's behalf, under our agreement with them. Candidates who want to see, correct or delete their data should contact the firm that holds it.
