ANDY

How ANDY works

Three rules run through everything: evidence before ranking, a person before anything leaves, and settings you can see.

The evidence model

Every must-have on a candidate gets one of five statuses, and the status always shows its source. Unknown is the default, never a guess.

Met
Documented, with a cited sourceNeeds a quote from the candidate's résumé or a verified document, found word for word in the stored file.
Claimed
The candidate said so; no document yetThe candidate said it on a call or in an email. A claim can never count as met.
Partial
Some evidence, below the requirementSome evidence, below the bar: three of the five years asked for.
Not met
The evidence shows it isn't metThe evidence shows it isn't there. A candidate who fails a must-have is never in the main shortlist.
Unverified
No evidence either wayNothing either way. Every requirement starts here, and stays here until something proves it.

The approval model

Searching, scoring and drafting stay inside ANDY, so they just run. Anything that reaches a candidate, a client or a sensitive field is a proposal first, and it waits in one approval queue.

Each proposal shows why it was made, any risk flags and the rule that held it. Approve it, edit and approve, reject it with a reason, or snooze it. Routine items of one type can be approved together; submittals never can.

Autonomy modes

Your admin sets the mode for the whole firm and can change it for one requisition. Every requisition shows its mode as a badge, worked out from the same rules that decide what waits.

  • Autonomy mode: Co-Pilot

    The default

Every step in the table above waits for a person.

  • Autonomy mode: Hybrid

    Routine steps run

These run on their own: send sequence follow-up and send proposed interview times. Everything else waits.

  • Autonomy mode: Custom

    Your own mix

Any other combination, step by step. The steps marked always a person stay that way.

Questions buyers ask

Does ANDY scrape LinkedIn?

No. ANDY works from your own records and the files you upload. It doesn't crawl LinkedIn or any site whose terms forbid it. The browser extension saves only the page you are looking at, one click at a time, and it is switched off for LinkedIn. Licensed data providers will be added one at a time, each after its terms are reviewed.

Can it send email without my approval?

Not unless your admin allows it. In Co-Pilot, the default, every message waits in your approval queue. An admin can let some steps run on their own, such as the follow-ups of a sequence you already approved. Submitting a candidate to a client, merging records, changing sensitive fields and business development outreach always need a person, whatever the settings say.

How does it rank candidates?

Candidates are ordered by the job's requirements, never by age, gender, race or other protected traits, and every place in the order shows its evidence. A candidate who fails a must-have is left out of the main list. The tiers and the order come from fixed rules in your industry pack; the AI may judge a requirement only with a quote that is checked word for word against the document, and it never sets the score.
