Agents

• Role Blueprint

  Turns a job description and your intake notes into must-haves, nice-to-haves and disqualifiers, asks about anything unclear, and keeps every version. You approve the blueprint before a search runs.

• Shortlist

  Searches your database against the approved blueprint and returns five to ten candidates in tiers, each with the evidence behind every must-have. Ask for the next five, widen the radius or relax a nice-to-have.

• Evidence Check

  Gives every must-have a status: met, claimed, partial, not met or unverified. Met needs a quote from the candidate's own document, checked word for word. Anything nobody has confirmed stays unknown.

• Duplicate Guard

  Flags a candidate who was submitted to the same client in the last 12 months the moment you add them to a requisition, and shows the earlier submission.

• Approval Queue

  Every action an agent proposes waits in one queue with the reason and the policy that held it. Approve, edit and approve, or reject with a reason. Submitting a candidate always needs a person.

• Agent Activity

  Shows every agent run step by step: what it read, what it proposed, which model it used and what it cost.
