Submittals
Coming soon

Client-ready submittals in your format.

Drafts the client submittal in your firm's template and keeps the exact résumé version you sent. Submitting is always your call.

An older recruiter marking a handwritten list with a yellow highlighter next to his laptop.

Rewriting every submittal is slow, and the résumé keeps changing

Each client wants its own format, and when a candidate updates their résumé after you sent it, nobody can say which version the client saw.

How it will work

  1. 1

    Draft in your template

The submittal follows your firm's template, using the blueprint and the evidence.

  2. 2

    Pin the résumé version

The exact résumé version you send is kept with the submittal.

  3. 3

    Warn on conflicts

A candidate submitted to the same client in the last 12 months is flagged before you send.

  4. 4

    You submit

Submitting is always a person's decision. No setting changes that.
